LandMark Implement’s Support Staff helps the company run efficiently and effectively through a variety of departments and support roles. These teams are constantly working behind the scenes developing processes, strategies and employees. Our Support Staff covers everything from providing career development to connecting our employees and customers through technology. All positions work closely with each LandMark location and are committed to taking care of our staff and customers.

Paid Personal Time Off

Family is first, LandMark Implement offers Paid Pregnancy Disability Leave and Paid Parental Leave to eligible new parents who birth, foster or adopt a child, no matter the age.

401k + Matching

Eligible employees can contribute to a company provided 401k plan. LandMark Implement will make a Safe Harbor Matching Contribution equal to 100% of their salary deferral on the first 3% of their eligible pay plus 50% of their salary deferrals between 3% and 5%. Maximum match is 4% when an employee contributes at least 5%. Employees are immediately 100% vested in the Employer’s Safe Harbor Matching Contributions.

Paid Bereavement Leave

LandMark understands time is needed when there is a death of a family member or a loved one. Eligible employees are allowed up to five consecutive days for immediate family.
