  • LandMark Implement has an internship program designed to give students an all-around overview of our company

  • Students will complete the program with knowledge of LandMark’s culture, operations, and career opportunities within the company

  • Interns will spend time in each department learning the daily ins and outs while getting hands-on experience providing solutions to our organization and our customers who serve in the agriculture industry

  • Successful individuals will be invited to apply for a second-year internship where they will get a specialized opportunity in one of our departments and receive a $1,000 scholarship

IT Intern:

  • Work through IT support tickets from start to finish
  • Learn how to set up new employee equipment and technology
  • Assist in protecting LandMark against cyber-security
  • Experience and promote data privacy for LandMark’s company and customers

Sales Intern:

  • Be a part of the sales process from quoting, purchase orders, contracts, and settlements
  • Understand value-added services and products
  • Learn about dealer inventory tracking
  • Experience the importance of being a customer account manager

Precision Ag Intern:

  • Get hands-on experience supporting the dealership and customers on all products with advanced technologies and integrated services
  • Be a part of the set-up, installation, and maintenance of John Deere Field Connect Systems
  • Learn about RTK base stations and help perform maintenance
  • Experience utilizing and optimizing cutting-edge technology to help our customers’ productivity and efficiency

Connected Support Intern:

  • Utilize and understand our Ag Management Solutions hotline for our internal and external remote support to ensure the very best customer experience and minimize downtime for customers
  • Experience and participate in customer and employee product training
  • Learn about Service Advisor Remote and future products
  • Get hands-on experience selling and promoting PowerGard and UPTIME Packages to customers

Accounting Intern:

  • Experience all areas of accounting including Accounts Receivable and Payable
  • Gain insight on monthly bank reconciliations
  • Learn the day-to-day accounting functions to support the business
  • Get hands on experience entering general ledger entries and reviewing financial statements

HR Intern:

  • Experience Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits
  • Be a part of creating a culture for Employee Engagement
  • Learn state, local, and federal laws related to HR
  • Participate in new hire enrollment and onboarding

Parts Intern:

  • Understand how LandMark parts inventory works
  • Pull and stock orders for all our customers, including our Service Department
  • Practice and perfect customer service skills
  • Assist with showroom sales optimization and cleanliness

Marketing Intern:

  • Experience projects for customer relationship management, digital, email, and social media
  • Learn about data analytics and optimizing customer reach and brand growth
  • Help define our customer relationship and dealership brand strategy
  • Experience the importance of Marketing integration with LandMark’s core values and company’s goals

Connected Support & Training Interns:

  • Shadow Dealership Support Team

  • Shadow LandMark’s Dealership Support Team while gaining knowledge to provide technical training to dealership employees

  • Gain a better understanding of remote support tools offered by John Deere to help LandMark provide the most uptime for the customer  

  • Be able to explain and perform benefits of Dealership Support Team

You will find LandMark storefronts in 15 locations across Nebraska and Northern Kansas. We also have two Support Centers in Kearney and Holdrege, Nebraska. With 17 LandMark locations to choose from and the multiple communities served in between, home is where you make it.
