Precision Ag

The Precision Ag team sets up and monitors customer’s machines to optimize performance and output for their operation.

Our Connected Support crew provides technical  support for equipment and technology while proactively diagnosing machines remotely.

Support Staff

LandMark Implement’s Support Staff helps the company run efficiently and effectively through a variety of departments and support roles.

Transport

LandMark offers custom hauling for over-sized agricultural and commercial equipment across the Midwest.

Internships

Students will complete the program with knowledge of LandMark’s culture, operations, and career opportunities within the company.

Student Tech Program

The John Deere Tech program is an elite two-year program designed to graduate John Deere Certified Technicians with no college debt.

401k + Matching

Eligible employees can contribute to a company provided 401k plan. LandMark Implement will make a Safe Harbor Matching Contribution equal to 100% of their salary deferral on the first 3% of their eligible pay plus 50% of their salary deferrals between 3% and 5%. Maximum match is 4% when an employee contributes at least 5%. Employees are immediately 100% vested in the Employer’s Safe Harbor Matching Contributions.

Paid Bereavement Leave

LandMark understands time is needed when there is a death of a family member or a loved one. Eligible employees are allowed up to five consecutive days for immediate family.
