- Assist customers in finding the parts, services or accessories they need for their operations
- Verifies receipt of shipments and assists with placing machine down and stock orders in their proper inventory locations
- Keep track of parts inventory to make sure we always have parts on hand for our customers
- Supply our Service Department with the parts they need to get our customer’s equipment back in service
- Manage our showrooms and merchandise displays
